- Cancellation within Trial Period: If you cancel your testing services within the trial period specified at the time of signup, you may be eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellation within 24 Hours: If you cancel your testing services within 24 hours of purchase and have not initiated testing, you may be eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellation after 24 Hours: If you cancel your testing services after 24 hours of purchase or after testing has been initiated, refunds will be issued at our discretion based on the circumstances.
