Cancellation

You may cancel your testing services at any time by contacting us at support@androidtesterlab.com. Please provide your account details and the reason for cancellation. Once your cancellation request is received, we will process it in accordance with the terms outlined below.

Refunds

Refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:

  1. Cancellation within Trial Period: If you cancel your testing services within the trial period specified at the time of signup, you may be eligible for a full refund.
  2. Cancellation within 24 Hours: If you cancel your testing services within 24 hours of purchase and have not initiated testing, you may be eligible for a full refund.
  3. Cancellation after 24 Hours: If you cancel your testing services after 24 hours of purchase or after testing has been initiated, refunds will be issued at our discretion based on the circumstances.

Refund Process
